If you are viewing this page, it means that you have a Verizon Wireless 4G LTE device provided by Secure.Zone, and you are now aware of the changes that are occurring (details here). is the “new” customer portal for our 4G LTE data services moving forward, as of January 2018. Your existing customer profile has not been automatically moved from Secure.Zone, instead you will need to register an account here at and our staff will then manually export your historical data from Secure.Zone, and import it into so that you will still have access to old records. (Please note, it will take us up to 72 hours to move your past history, but you will be able to start using your new customer portal immediately.)

Step 2 – Your new AT&T device will ship out within 2 business days, and be delivered by USPS Priority or Express depending on estimated delivery times. Our goal is to have you a new device before Friday, January 19th.

Step 3 – (this one we do, give us up to 24 hours, its a manual process, and involves math – yuck!) We will issue a credit for the amount of time you have already paid for on Verizon service. (Example; let’s say you pay $150 per month on the 1st of each month, if you place your AT&T order on January 10th, you will get a 20-day credit equal to the 20 days left of Verizon service – so you will get an account credit of $100 on your AT&T account)
