To save time, your existing customer profile has not been automatically moved from Starcrest Supply, instead, you will need to register an account here at and our staff will then manually export your historical data from Starcrest Supply, and import it into so that you will still have access to old records. (Please note, it will take us up to 72 hours to move your past history, but you will be able to start using your new customer portal immediately. Our most important focus is keeping users online!)

Step 1 – Place my Verizon Wireless replacement AT&T service order (will open in new window)

Step 2 – Your new AT&T device will ship out within 1 business day, and be delivered by USPS Priority or Express depending on estimated delivery times. Our goal is to have you a new device before Monday, January 15th. Upon arrival, all you will need to do is turn your AT&T device on, it will already be activated and you will be online.

Step 3 – (this one we do, give us up to 24 hours, its a manual process, and involves math – yuck!) We will issue a credit for the amount of time you have already paid for on Verizon service. (Example; let’s say you pay $150 per month on the 1st of each month, if you place your AT&T order on January 10th, you will get a 20-day credit equal to the 20 days left of Verizon service – so you will get an account credit of $100 on your AT&T account)

You will still be a Starcrest supply customer, however, staff will work alongside Starcrest Supply staff to provide the best possible customer service during these difficult times.
